  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, local debit/credit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

  • Prices are quoted in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) and include applicable duties or taxes unless stated.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety, or staff availability.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a limited workmanship warranty of 30 days for most services.

  • This does not cover misuse, customer-caused damage, or natural wear and tear.

  • Tech Services Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to any service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure service quality and safety:

  • Provide accurate service details and access to the property

  • Ensure that the work area is safe and accessible

  • Notify us of any specific concerns or instructions
